Bitcoin Price Floor Predicted at $60K as Real-World Assets Gain Traction
Nansen CEO Alex Svanevik predicts that Bitcoin will not fall below $60,000 due to growing adoption of real-world assets (RWAs). The connection between blockchain technology and traditional financial markets is becoming increasingly significant. According to Svanevik, the next major stage of crypto adoption will be driven by RWAs, stablecoins, and tokenized financial products.
RWAs are being used to bring traditional financial value onto blockchain networks. Stablecoins provide a clear example of this concept, allowing for the creation of digital representations of traditional currencies like the U.S. dollar. This can make traditional assets more accessible to people without direct access to banking services.
Svanevik also believes that tokenized equities and securities are the next logical step in blockchain adoption. Tokenized stocks could provide around-the-clock trading, fractional ownership, and easier transferability. Real estate tokenization is another area of interest, with potential for fractional ownership and increased accessibility.
