Bitcoin Price Hinges on Key Threshold as Analysts Split on Market Direction

Bitcoin's price has been fluctuating wildly in recent days, leaving analysts divided on whether the market is approaching a bottom or preparing for another downturn.

According to on-chain analyst Axel Adler Jr., long-term holders of BTC are quietly building a floor, with a record 16.1 million units now under their control.

Adler notes that these holders have seen their average buy-in price drop to around $48,400, which is its lowest level in three years.

This has historically indicated the market is approaching a bottom rather than the start of more pain, Adler says.

However, pseudonymous technical analyst Rekt Capital disagrees, warning that a brief rally could give way to a slide to $47,000-$57,000, a price zone with little buying history to cushion a fall.
