Bitcoin's price has been hovering near an important support level of $65,000 as public interest in the cryptocurrency continues to wane. According to data from Cryptollica, a pseudonymous on-chain analyst on X, Google Trends has fallen back to levels that show very little public interest.

Crypto Patel notes that this pattern is similar to past market cycles, where public interest stayed low around important price levels before making a strong move.

The Bitcoin dominance index, which measures the cryptocurrency's share of the total crypto market capitalization, has been falling, raising hopes for a move into altcoins. However, Master of Crypto warns that this trend needs to be accompanied by more money coming into the market and stronger participation from investors for any change to last.
