Bitcoin Price in India Drops Below ₹75 Lakh Amid Global Selling Pressure

Instruments
BTC SOL XRP DOGE ZEC

The Bitcoin price in India has dropped below ₹75 lakh due to global selling pressure. Rising oil prices, higher US yields, and growing inflation concerns have led investors to show a risk-off sentiment, turning away from assets like Bitcoin.

The weakening rupee is cushioning the decline for Indian investors. The INR is trading at around ₹95.10 per dollar, making the value of BTC in rupees relatively higher than its price in dollars.

Near and Zcash are outperforming while XRP, Solana, and Dogecoin have recorded steeper losses. NEAR has gained 6.9% to reach ₹236.90, and Zcash has seen a 50% increase for the week, reaching ₹117,195.
