Bitcoin Price May Have Hit Bottom, Predicts Coinbase CEO Armstrong
Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong believes that Bitcoin's price has hit its bottom and is confident in its ability to reach $400,000 by 2030. Speaking on CNBC, Armstrong attributed this optimism to the recent surge in the coin's price, which has seen it increase by over 20% in just 30 days.
This growth can be attributed to positive regulatory news, with the Clarity Act set to pass next week after a vote from Senators. The bill aims to formally divide oversight between regulators and distinguish which digital assets are securities, commodities or stablecoins.
Armstrong also pointed to the success of last year's Genius Act, which led to over 150 large companies integrating stablecoins within just three months.
