Bitcoin Price Prediction Looks Bullish After Record ETF Inflows
The Bitcoin price prediction is looking constructive after the largest weekly candle since 2023 and reclaiming a key long-term support band. This technical strength is backed by record ETF demand and a rally built on real capital rather than leverage.
According to CryptoQuant analyst Woominkyu, the share of derivatives capital coming from borrowed money peaked before the rally started and has been falling since, suggesting fresh capital rather than rising leverage is driving the move. The total capital positioned in the derivatives market grew over the same stretch, but the current setup looks healthier than mid-August when leverage was at its peak.
Bitcoin ETFs pulled in $1.92B for the week ending August 21, the strongest week of 2026 and the highest since October 2025. The single day added $307.45M in net inflows led by BlackRock's IBIT, showing demand stayed strong right through the close.
