Bitcoin Price Predictions Vary Wildly Amid 26% Surge
Bitcoin's price has been volatile in recent times, swinging from $76,962 to $81,281 per unit over the last seven days. The 30-day metrics show a 26% rise against the US dollar.
Several analysts have shared their predictions for Bitcoin's future price. Bernstein's lead analyst Gautam Chhugani predicts $125,000 by year-end and $150,000 by mid-2027, with a possible top near $300,000.
Standard Chartered's Geoff Kendrick is also bullish, saying that a $100K price in 2026 is still plausible. He also thinks Bitcoin could test the October 2025 high of just above $126,000.
Not all predictions are optimistic, however. Peter Schiff has long been bearish on Bitcoin and predicts it will fall back to $10,000 per coin.
