Bitcoin's price is on the rise, reaching $78,856 as it recaptures an important on-chain cost basis known as the 'warm supply realized price.' This metric represents the average price at which Bitcoin was bought by traders within a one-week to six-month period. Analyst Ali Martinez pointed out that previous recoveries of this price have been associated with significant rallies in the price of Bitcoin.

For instance, the January 2023 recovery was followed by a 69% surge, while the October 2023 recovery led to a 159% rally. The April 2025 recovery resulted in a 34% increase in Bitcoin's price. However, it is essential to note that past successes do not guarantee future results.

Another analyst, Klarck, forecasts a longer-term roadmap with a possible cycle low at $40,000 before the next bull cycle emerges. He also emphasized his previous predictions regarding the 2025 cycle peak of Bitcoin at around $83,000 and down to $60,000.
