Bitcoin Price Stabilizes Above Key Support Level Amid ETF Outflows
A third consecutive day of outflows from US spot Bitcoin ETFs has raised concerns about the future direction of the cryptocurrency. On September 10, $282.56 million was withdrawn from these funds, bringing the total for the week to a net outflow of $449.44 million.
This trend is in contrast to the previous three weeks, which saw inflows of $1.92 billion, $924.48M, and $986.85 million respectively. The current week's outflows may be a sign that investors are losing confidence in Bitcoin or are becoming more risk-averse due to rising inflation data and higher interest rates.
Despite these concerns, the price of Bitcoin remains above its key support level of $76,500, which has acted as a demand zone since July. Analysts believe that if this level holds, it could set up a rebound in the price to the upside, potentially targeting $80,000 and then $82,500.
However, a break below $76,500 would expose the 200-day EMA at $72,896, which could lead to further losses. The US Treasury's decision to triple long-term bond buybacks to $6 billion has also added pressure on risk assets, including Bitcoin.
