Bitcoin Price Stabilizes Amid Geopolitical Tensions Ahead of US Jobs Data
Bitcoin's price stabilized around $77,700 on Thursday, after a significant rally in August. The cryptocurrency has been trading within a narrow range due to institutional demand, although spot exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have recorded mixed flows this week.
Data from SoSoValue showed that spot Bitcoin ETFs experienced inflows of $216.70 million and $101.15 million on Monday and Wednesday, respectively, while posting outflows of $201.81 million last Friday and $236.46 million on Tuesday.
The mixed flows suggest institutions are taking a cautious approach to building positions amid escalating geopolitical tensions. If outflows resume and accelerate, Bitcoin could face a deeper correction.
