The price of Bitcoin has stabilized around $79,000 after a recent surge in small regulatory wins in the US. The Securities and Exchange Commission and Commodity Futures Trading Commission are working on ways for industry startups to operate legally.

Last week, Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw five consecutive days of inflows totaling nearly $2 billion, according to Farside Investors. This is a crucial development, as Citi's Alex Saunders noted in a report that 'ETF flows remain the key catalyst to watch' and the 'most-important driver of price action.'

The resurgence of ETF inflows has investors hopeful for a sustained rally. Since Bitcoin prices reached an all-time high of over $126,000 in October, investors have been pulling money from spot bitcoin funds. However, with the resumption of ETF flows, there may be a change in sentiment.
