Bitcoin Price Stagnation Sparks Hope for Market Bottom
Bitcoin's price stagnation around $64,000 has analysts pointing to potential exhaustion of selling pressure and a possible market bottom. Despite net inflows of $211.5 million in spot Bitcoin ETFs and record highs in US stock markets, the cryptocurrency remained flat.
Jasper De Maere from Wintermute argued that recent buyers have not yet moved with strong expectations of a rally, citing the need for Bitcoin to convincingly surpass $65,000 in the near term for a recovery scenario to gain strength.
On-chain analytics firm Glassnode noted that the seller exhaustion indicator has fallen to its lowest level of this cycle, reaching the zone where previous bottoms formed. However, analysts emphasized that the market has not yet reached the bottom but is approaching it.
