Bitcoin Price Stalls Near $65K Amid Shift to AI Stocks
Bitcoin's price has stagnated near $65,400 after earlier momentum towards $66,000 stalled. According to Wise Crypto, capital rotation into technology stocks linked to artificial intelligence is limiting liquidity for digital assets.
Six consecutive days of net inflows totaling nearly $1 billion in spot Bitcoin ETFs are a stark contrast to the $6.9 billion outflows seen between May and June. Major corporations are allocating between $190 billion and $205 billion to AI infrastructure this year, driving growth but also reducing demand for risk assets.
The two-year Treasury yield sits near 4.3%, while the ten-year rate hovers around 4.6%. These levels strengthen the dollar and encourage caution among investors, Wise Crypto notes.
