Bitcoin's recent price surge has significantly boosted the value of assets attributed to Satoshi Nakamoto. The total value of these assets now stands at $85,82 billion.

The increase comes after Bitcoin's price rose from $62,679 on August 17th to $81,265 on Monday. This jump added approximately $15 billion to the value of these addresses.

A batch of 40 BTC, which had been dormant since May 2012, was also transferred during this period. According to Galaxy Research, these 40 BTC were worth around $14.2 million when they were transferred on Monday, up from their estimated value of approximately $200 in 2012.

The surge in Bitcoin's price has been attributed to various factors, including increased adoption and a growing interest in the cryptocurrency market. However, it remains to be seen how long this trend will continue.
