The price of Bitcoin has rebounded by around $1,500 after US President Trump announced that he would cancel planned strikes on Iran in exchange for a new deal.

This decision was made after Trump stated that the Strait of Hormuz might be reopened soon and that countries in the region are working on a new agreement to include an immediate opening of the strait and an end to Iran's nuclear threat.

The price of Bitcoin had slipped to an 18-day low at $62,200 yesterday evening but has since recovered to around $63,500.
