Bitcoin Price to Be Determined by Robinhood Derivatives Contract on August 14
On August 14, 2026 at 9am EDT, Bitcoin's price will be determined by Robinhood Derivatives' contract. The outcome of this contract will be based on the average of 60 Real Time Index (RTI) prices collected in the last minute before expiration.
The CF Benchmarks' corresponding RTI will be used to determine the final value. If the prediction is correct, buyers can receive $1 for every contract they own. Alternatively, positions can be closed before the event resolves, with additional fees applying.
The trading hours for this contract are 24 hours a day, except on Thursdays from 3am-5am ET. Event days such as August 14, 2026 will have their contracts resolve within one hour of the event's conclusion.
