The US-Iran conflict has escalated, causing a decline in Bitcoin price to below $77K. The US military launched new strikes against Iranian targets on Tuesday, with operations beginning at 12 p.m. ET.

Ethereum has also fallen below $2,400, with about $115 million in long positions liquidated within 60 minutes, according to Coinglass.

U.S. forces began striking Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps targets in Iran, linked to recent attempted attacks around the Strait of Hormuz, according to the U.S. Central Command.

The US-Iran conflict is causing a ripple effect across global markets, with oil prices surging due to increased tensions and potential disruptions to Gulf oil exports.
