Bitcoin Prices Plummet for Top-Tier iPhones Over Past Eight Years

The new foldable iPhone Duo from Apple has a starting price of $1,999 in the U.S. market.

Using the current Bitcoin price of approximately $78,000 on September 10, one Duo is equivalent to about 0.0255 BTC.

This represents a significant decrease in the amount of Bitcoin required to purchase a top-tier iPhone over the past eight years.

In 2018, the XS Max cost around 0.169 BTC, while the 17 Pro Max from 2025 was worth only about 0.010 BTC.

This trend is not unique to Apple's iPhones, as other consumer goods have also shown a long-term decline in their Bitcoin price.
