Bitcoin Rallies on Improved Macroeconomic Outlook
Bitcoin's latest rally is driven by improving macroeconomic conditions rather than crypto-specific factors.
A recent report by CoinShares found that recent economic data have weakened the case for further US monetary tightening, making it more likely that the Federal Reserve could move toward a less restrictive policy stance.
The report noted that Bitcoin remains sensitive to changes in liquidity expectations and real yields, making the shift in rate expectations supportive for the top crypto.
While CoinShares expects Bitcoin to remain range-bound for now, identifying $80,000 as key resistance, institutional demand is showing signs of recovery. Digital asset investment products have attracted $2.2 billion in inflows this week, with Bitcoin-focused products accounting for $1.6 billion of those inflows.
The report highlighted the Federal Reserve's Jackson Hole symposium as a possible test for the market's next directional move, with markets watching signals on the future direction of monetary policy.
