Bitcoin Rally Faces Crucial Test as Analysts Warn of Impending Pullback

Bitcoin's recent surge has led to renewed optimism among traders, but market analysts caution that the next pullback will be the true measure of the rally's strength.

According to Chris Sullivan, co-founder of crypto hedge fund Hyperion Decimus, Bitcoin has become overbought following its sharp upward move and a correction is likely necessary to test the strength of the current trend.

Sullivan identifies the $67,000-$70,000 range as a potential support zone, where buyers might step in if Bitcoin corrects.

Samir Kerbage, CIO of crypto asset manager Hashdex, suggests that consolidation between $75,000 and $83,000 could help build a solid base for the market, reducing the risk of a sharp sell-off and setting the stage for a more sustainable advance.
