Bitcoin Realized Cap Soars $4.6 Billion, Bull Market Hopes Rise
CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost notes that Bitcoin's realized cap has increased by more than $4.6 billion over the past week, indicating improving demand.
The increase in realized cap suggests coins are changing hands at higher prices and new demand is entering the market.
However, Darkfost cautions that part of this rise can come from coins being sold and repriced as holders take losses.
Short-term holders are sitting on nearly 15% average unrealized profits, with their cost basis near $70,100, marking their highest profit levels since July 2025.
