Bitcoin Rebounds Past $79,900 as Altcoins Accelerate
Bitcoin has regained its strength and surpassed $79,900 following Wednesday's drop. As of Thursday, BTC traded around $79,800 with a rise of over 2% during the day.
The rebound is part of an already strong August for Bitcoin, which gained nearly 25% in the month, marking its best August in nine years.
Arbitrum has also been performing well, gaining nearly 17% over 24 hours with a daily volume close to $486 million. This comes after its open interest reached a record of around 1.58 billion tokens.
