Bitcoin Reclaims Key Support Level, Fuels $100K Price Target Hopes
Bitcoin's price action has been analyzed by some analysts who point to a rare fractal that suggests a $100,000 target for BTC. This comes after both previous rallies occurred after prolonged declines and RSI divergence signals, indicating that Bitcoin may be transitioning from capitulation to a broader recovery phase.
The latest bullish signal for BTC comes from reclaiming its 0.236 Fibonacci retracement level near $74,000. On August 24th, BTC was trading around $77,700, firmly above the Fib level and its 20-week exponential moving average near $70,000.
While holding onto $74,000 as support could expose the next Fibonacci targets at approximately $84,000 and $92,000, there's no guarantee that these levels will be reached. However, this development does provide a glimmer of hope for Bitcoin bulls who have been waiting for a sustained recovery.
