Michael Saylor, chairman of Strategy and a prominent advocate for Bitcoin, has outlined a digital financial framework that places Bitcoin at its core. The proposed structure separates digital assets according to their intended functions, with Bitcoin serving as a reserve asset and long-term store of value.

USDT would provide a more stable instrument for routine financial activity and settlement. This approach positions Bitcoin as a reserve layer and USDT as a lower-volatility transaction layer, creating a structure that connects long-term digital capital with everyday commercial activity.

The company currently holds 840,447 BTC, which could potentially support credit instruments, yield-generating structures, and payment-related products. Strategy is exploring proprietary financial products, including STRC and SR-strcUSX, designed to connect its Bitcoin holdings with traditional financial mechanisms.
