Bitcoin Reserves Swell as Strategy and Strive Ramp Up Holdings
Strategy and Strive Asset Management have bolstered their Bitcoin reserves through new acquisitions. Strategy's holdings now stand at 843,775 BTC, while Strive has reached a milestone of 20,000 BTC.
In a recent update, Michael Saylor, Executive Chairman of Strategy, reported that the company's cash reserve had increased by $525 million to $3.75 billion as of July 26, 2026. This move brings Strategy's dividend coverage to 2.1 years.
Strive has also expanded its exposure to Bitcoin, acquiring an additional 79 BTC for approximately $5.2 million at an average price of around $65,723 per token. This purchase pushes Strive's total holdings to 20,000 BTC, valued at roughly $1.28 billion at current market prices.
The trend of corporate accumulation of Bitcoin continues, with Strategy and Strive joining the ranks of companies building strategic reserve assets. According to Saylor, Strategy is not focused solely on growing its Bitcoin holdings but also maintaining significant liquidity through its cash reserves.
