Bitcoin has surged nearly 21% after the Treasury announced its latest buyback plan, fueling the dollar debasement narrative. The price increase is also being reflected in gold prices as they advance, while equities remain relatively flat.

The Treasury's announcement has reignited concerns about inflation and the potential devaluation of the US dollar. As a result, investors are turning to assets like Bitcoin and gold as safe-havens.

According to technical analysis, Bitcoin is currently trading within its Bollinger Bands on the 4-hour chart, with resistance at $78,604.62. The RSI(14) reading of 93.99 indicates overbought conditions, while the MACD golden cross at 3,136.56 suggests a probable retracement towards the EMA50 support at $67,470.01 before any further price appreciation.

As the dollar debasement narrative continues to gain traction, it will be interesting to see how Bitcoin and other assets perform in the coming days.
