Bitcoin Sees Bottom of Cycle in Next Two Years According to Coinbase's Armstrong
Coinbase Chief Executive Brian Armstrong believes the Bitcoin market has reached its low for this cycle. Speaking during a Bloomberg Television interview, he stated that the cryptocurrency is poised to rise as it approaches its next halving event.
The halving event marks the occasion when the block reward for mining new Bitcoins is cut in half, reducing the supply of new coins entering the market and potentially increasing demand. Armstrong expects this to have a positive impact on Bitcoin's trajectory within the next one to two years.
