A recent report by Swan highlights that self-custody remains the largest form of Bitcoin ownership, with approximately 12.6 million BTC held without any identifiable third-party custodian.

This figure surpasses the combined holdings of exchanges, ETFs, funds, companies, and governments, which total around 7.5 million BTC.

Michael Saylor has publicly backed the CLARITY Act, a bipartisan effort to pass legislation providing clear and durable crypto regulations in the US.

Strategy, a company with significant holdings of BTC, may sell up to $5 billion worth of Bitcoin to fund reserves, dividends, and share buybacks.
