Bitcoin's price slipped below $77,000 on Wednesday after its August rally, as rising oil prices and bond yields added strain to crypto markets. The global market capitalization fell by 0.95% to $2.59 trillion, according to CoinMarketCap.

According to experts, this decline is not unexpected, given that September has historically been one of Bitcoin's weakest months. Prateek Gupta, Head of Business at Mudrex, noted that Bitcoin spot ETFs have seen strong inflows in August, but cautioned against chasing sharp intraday moves. Avinash Shekhar, Co-Founder & CEO of Pi42, echoed this sentiment, advising investors to maintain adequate liquidity and wait for confirmation around key support and resistance levels.

Some experts are more bearish on Bitcoin's prospects. The crypto fear and greed index currently stands at 63, indicating a 'greed' market sentiment. However, others believe that the current pullback is a healthy correction after a strong August rally. Nischal Shetty, Founder of WazirX, noted that Bitcoin's price remains within its broader constructive structure and that $77,100-$77,300 forms resistance.

While some experts are calling for caution, others believe that the current market volatility is an opportunity to invest in cryptocurrencies. The global crypto market capitalization may have declined, but it still stands at a significant $2.59 trillion. Whether this pullback marks the beginning of a new trend or just a correction remains to be seen.
