Bitcoin's price surged past $75,000 in Asia on Friday, marking its best weekly gain in over two years. The cryptocurrency rallied as much as 4.2% to reach $75,740 and was trading around $74,500 at noon in Singapore.
This week's gains have been substantial, with Bitcoin advancing almost 20%. If sustained, this would be the biggest weekly increase since March 2024.
