Bitcoin Spot ETFs Bleed $390M Over Week as SOL Fund Inflows Shine
Bitcoin spot ETFs saw significant outflows over the week, totaling $389.71 million between August 10 and August 14. This represents a net loss for investors in these funds.
The largest single-day outflow was on August 13, with $131.13 million withdrawn from various bitcoin-based exchange-traded products (ETPs). Fidelity's FBTC fund suffered the largest individual outflow, losing $153.23 million over the period.
In contrast to bitcoin ETFs, SOL-based ETPs attracted fresh capital, with a total inflow of $10.26 million. Ethereum spot ETFs also saw some activity, but with a net outflow of just $2.26 million.
