Bitcoin Spot ETFs See Strongest Inflows Since January, Sparking Speculation on Short-Term Top
Bitcoin spot ETFs have seen a surge in demand, recording $731 million in net inflows on September 3rd. This is their strongest single-day performance since January and marks the second time this year they've surpassed $700 million in inflows.
The data was led by BlackRock's IBIT with around $454 million in inflows, followed by Ark and 21Shares' ARKB at $137.7 million. Other notable contributors included Fidelity's FBTC at $74.4 million and Grayscale's two products with a total of $57 million.
A pattern has emerged suggesting that when Bitcoin ETFs record daily inflows above $700 million, BTC often forms a local peak shortly afterward. Analyst Ted Pillows noted this historical trend following the previous two instances in October 2025 and January 2026.
