Bitcoin Spot ETFs Suffer Massive $236.5M Outflows in Early-September
On September 1, U.S.-based Bitcoin spot ETFs experienced a significant net outflow of $236.5 million, marking a notable trend in the cryptocurrency market.
The three funds that reported data accounted for this massive exodus, with $IBIT being responsible for approximately $201.2 million of the total outflows.
Bitcoin's price action is currently within its Bollinger Bands, with an upper resistance at $79,159.20 and lower support at $77,167.25. The EMA50 ($77,573.84) serves as immediate long-term support above the EMA200 ($71,885.56).
Despite this, the MACD death cross (-188.64) indicates short-term bearish momentum, while the RSI (44.36) remains neutral, suggesting a possible retest of the 50-EMA before any continuation higher.
