Bitcoin's price continued to hover around $65,098 on Tuesday, up 0.88% over the past 24 hours, as investors weighed in on the delayed Clarity Act vote and strong institutional demand.

The US Senate's decision to delay the Clarity Act vote until at least September has removed a near-term regulatory event that traders had been watching as a potential market catalyst.

Despite the legislative delay, Bitcoin whales holding 10-10,000 BTC have accumulated more than 20,000 BTC since July 29, indicating ongoing institutional demand for the asset.

US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded four consecutive days of inflows totaling $754 million, further contributing to the market's stability.
