Bitcoin Stabilizes in $77,000-$78,000 Range Amidst Ongoing Market Volatility
The cryptocurrency market is experiencing mixed dynamics among major assets over the past 24 hours. Bitcoin has seen marginal gains, rising by 0.06% to reach a price of $77,613.35.
In contrast, other major cryptocurrencies have fluctuated: Ethereum declined by 0.65% to $2,400.46, Zcash dropped by 2.57% to $817.69, and Bittensor fell by 1.24% to $217.60. However, BNB gained 0.61%, reaching $692.05, and Monero increased by 0.07% to $516.08.
The gold-backed cryptocurrencies PAX Gold (PAXG) and Tether Gold (XAUT) have seen significant growth, rising by 3.16% to $4,434.51 and 3.07% to $4,421.18 respectively. This increase is attributed to the appreciation of physical gold prices, driven by a weakening dollar and lower yields on US Treasury bonds.
Market analysts note that Bitcoin's stabilization in the $77,000-$78,000 range is influenced by ongoing uncertainty regarding US interest rates and broader geopolitical risks. Investors remain focused on upcoming US labor market data, which is expected to influence the Federal Reserve's future monetary policy decisions.
