Bitcoin Stuck at Key Resistance: Is Breakout Finally Imminent?
Bitcoin's price has been struggling to break through a key resistance structure that has held for over ten months, according to chart analysis from Alphractal's Joao Wedson.
The resistance structure was mapped from Bitcoin's October 2025 peak and has formed a descending path where Bitcoin tested the upper boundary three times. Although the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) recently formed a bullish crossover, Bitcoin failed to produce a decisive breakout rally.
However, recent signals suggest that the odds of clearing this resistance are improving. The Accumulation/Distribution Line shows buyers dominating the market, with buying volume reaching its highest level since May 26th. Several on-chain indicators also indicate that Bitcoin's bottom is near.
The Supply in Profit band's 'bottom discovery' zone has been exited, and the short-term holder (STH) realized-profit signal adds to the case for a potential surge.
