Bitcoin Stuck Between $77K and $80K as CLARITY Act Vote Looms
Bitcoin's price is consolidating near $77,900 after rebounding from last weekend's sell-off. The four-hour Binance chart shows that BTC has managed to hold above $77,500, but remains below a key resistance level between $80,443.99 and $81,301.38.
The CLARITY Act vote is scheduled for Tuesday at 2:15 p.m. ET, which could have a significant impact on the cryptocurrency's price. The legislation needs to pass with 60 votes to advance, but even if it does, the chart still requires confirmation of a breakout above $80,443.99.
Crypto Rover has suggested that Bitcoin could move higher if the CLARITY Act advances, but this is not guaranteed. If BTC fails to break above $80,000, the recovery would remain incomplete, and traders may need to consider deeper downside risk.
