Bitcoin Suisse Expands into Bermuda with Regulatory Approval
BTC-focused financial services provider Bitcoin Suisse (International) Ltd. has received regulatory approval to offer digital asset management and investment advisory services in Bermuda.
The affiliate of Bitcoin Suisse Group was granted a Class F license under the Digital Asset Business Act and Class B registration under the Investment Business Act from the Bermuda Monetary Authority, allowing it to serve professional and institutional clients outside Switzerland.
'Institutional investors increasingly recognize digital assets as a permanent part of their portfolios,' said Andrej Majcen, Co-Founder and Group CEO of Bitcoin Suisse. 'What they need is a partner who combines deep crypto-native expertise with the governance and regulatory standards they expect from traditional financial services.'
