Bitcoin prices surged past $64,000 on Tuesday morning in Asian trading hours, rising 2% over the previous 24 hours and 1% for the week. This recovery comes despite a fourth wave of sweeps against addresses generated by affected firmware from Coldcard, which took around 449 Bitcoin from 709 addresses.

Ether prices lagged behind at $1,865, down 1% on the weekly view, while other major cryptocurrencies like XRP and BNB saw slight gains. Solana and Tron also rose, but Hyperliquid's HYPE token was down 3% over seven days despite a 4% bounce.

The market's mixed performance may be attributed to equities, with MSCI's Asia Pacific gauge falling 0.7%. Nasdaq 100 futures, however, rose 0.4%, thanks in part to Palantir's 14% gain after-hours on raised guidance.
