Bitcoin to Plunge Another 66%: Michael Terpin's Grim Prediction

Veteran crypto investor Michael Terpin believes Bitcoin's price will eventually drop to $43,500, a level it hasn't seen since early February 2024. This would represent a 66% decline from its all-time high of $126,100 reached in October 2025.

Terpin, who has been investing in cryptocurrencies for years and is often referred to as the 'Godfather of Crypto,' thinks that the market still hasn't hit rock bottom. He points out that true capitulation, a defining hallmark of a market bottom, occurs when prices don't rebound quickly.

Terpin also notes that previous cycles have been influenced by bad macroeconomic conditions and manipulation. He attributes Bitcoin's failure to reach its predicted price targets in the past to factors such as tariffs and other external events.
