Bitcoin Tops $64,000 Amid Lackluster Market Movement
Bitcoin (BTC) briefly topped $64,000 in Asian morning hours on Monday, marking a slight increase of half a percent for the day. However, despite this minor uptick, Bitcoin remains down almost 3% over the week.
The softer dollar and fading rate-hike bets failed to have a significant impact on cryptocurrency markets, which continue to trade within their recent range.
Hyperliquid's HYPE was an exception, surging over 3% to $59 and nearly 9% for the week, making it the only major asset with a notable weekly gain.
Ethereum (ETH) rose by over 1% to just under $1,900 but is still down 1% over seven days. Other assets, including Dogecoin, Tron, and XRP, experienced minor fluctuations but failed to show significant gains.
