Bitcoin Trades Near $64,150 as Fed Rate Expectations Shape Crypto Markets
Crypto markets remain in a range-bound tone as Bitcoin trades near $64,150. Ethereum holds above $1,890, keeping broader altcoin sentiment on solid footing.
The Fed rate expectations continue to shape crypto positioning heading into September, with a White House meeting with major crypto executives adding fresh attention to Washington policy.
According to Prateek Gupta, Head of Business at Mudrex, Bitcoin broke out of its recent $63,000 range this week. September rate hike expectations fell near 30%, down sharply from late July levels.
'Bitcoin has gained 0.38% over the past seven days, holding within a tight range,' said Gupta, who placed $61,000 as key support and $65,000 as immediate resistance for Bitcoin.
