Bitcoin Treasury Achieves Second Straight Quarter of BPS Growth Despite BTC Price Decline

Bitcoin Treasury Corporation (TSXV: BTCT) (OTCQB: BTCFF) has released its financial results for Q2 2026. Despite a significant decline in Bitcoin's price over the first half of the year, the company achieved its second consecutive quarter of Bitcoin per Share growth.

'Q2 2026 was our second consecutive quarter of Bitcoin per Share growth,' said Elliot Johnson, CEO of Bitcoin Treasury. 'We continue to use our Normal Course Issuer Bid to grow BPS.'

The company repurchased and cancelled 308,800 common shares under the NCIB for a total consideration of $1,232,104 in Q2 2026.
