Bitcoin Tumbles as Crypto ETF Outflows Surpass $282M Amid Rising Leverage
Crypto markets are under pressure as Bitcoin dropped to $77,404 after seeing a net outflow of $282.7 million from US spot Bitcoin ETFs on September 10.
According to data from FarSide Investors, the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF saw the largest withdrawal at $164.3 million, followed by Fidelity (FBTC) at $33.6 million and Grayscale (GBTC) at $36.4 million.
Total liquidations across crypto markets reached $403.48 million, with long positions accounting for nearly 77% of the total at $310.01 million.
The combination of three consecutive days of BTC ETF outflows, rising leverage, and Treasury yields near 5% leaves the market vulnerable to inflation data from the upcoming US Consumer Price Index (CPI) report.
