A Bitcoin whale's aggressive short position has been partially stopped out for over $146,000. The trader had opened a 40x leveraged short on 1600 BTC worth $102 million at $64,202 with a liquidation price of $64,889.

However, as the price rebounded to $65,000 at 4am, four stops were triggered, closing a 200 BTC position worth $13 million. This left 1400 BTC short, valued at $90.5 million, with an updated liquidation price of $64,998.

The current Bitcoin price is holding above its EMA50 support at $63,929.48 and EMA200 at $63,651.5 in a bullish trend structure. The MACD golden cross also confirms momentum, while the RSI remains neutral.

As the price presses against the upper Bollinger band resistance at $65,137.58, a healthy retracement toward the 50-EMA confluence appears probable before any continuation higher.
