Bitcoin's $1M by 2030 Price Target Slammed as 'Mathematically Unrealistic'
Bitcoin's $1 million by 2030 price target has been met with skepticism from 10x Research's Markus Thielen, who claims it would require a staggering $15 trillion in new capital inflows.
This amount is equivalent to roughly 25% of the entire US stock market flowing into Bitcoin over just four years, according to Thielen. He estimates that it took approximately $1 trillion in total inflows over 15 years to bring Bitcoin's market cap to its current level.
'It takes trillions and trillions of dollars to move the price really materially higher,' Thielen said. 'The $1 million target is totally mathematically unrealistic.'
