Bitcoin's $78,000 Resistance Level Set for Crucial Test

Bitcoin is facing a crucial test at the $78,000 resistance level, according to trader @CryptoMichNL. If Bitcoin breaks through this level cleanly, it could signal the end of the current correction phase and mark the beginning of fresh price action higher.

However, if there's rejection at $78,000, it could lead to another sweep lower, potentially targeting the EMA50 before any further continuation upwards. Currently, Bitcoin is trading at $77,597.91 within the Bollinger Bands, with upper resistance at $80,592.26 and lower support at $77,397.51.

The price action is being influenced by various technical indicators, including the EMA50 at $76,780.82 and EMA200 at $69,870.26, which continue to anchor the bullish trend structure. The MACD death cross at 277.52 is flashing short-term caution, while the RSI remains neutral at 42.89.
