Bitcoin's Bull Shift Faces Crucial Test at $83K
Bitcoin's recent rebound has shown signs of strength, with its Bull Score jumping from 30 to 80 in just one week. This dramatic shift is attributed to a combination of stronger spot demand and a surge in futures activity.
The Bull Score index, which measures the overall health of the market, consists of 10 component indicators. Eight of these indicators have turned bullish, indicating a significant improvement in market conditions.
Historically, similar transitions have occurred in 2019 and March 2023, but each period still experienced corrections ranging from 15% to 25% during broader advances.
To validate the current regime shift, Bitcoin will need to recapture its 365-day average price around $83,000. If it fails to do so, the early bull signal remains conditional.
