Bitcoin's Bull Shift Hinges on Recapturing $83K
Bitcoin's recent price rebound has been accompanied by a dramatic shift in its cycle structure, making this rally different from previous ones. The Bull Score indicator has jumped from 30 to 80 in just one week, with eight out of its 10 component indicators turning bullish.
The move also pulled the indicator out of a prolonged bearish regime and coincided with a surge in futures activity, suggesting growing participation alongside price rather than relying solely on leverage.
Historically, similar transitions have appeared in 2019 and March 2023, but both periods still experienced corrections during broader advances. The current reading is not considered conclusive due to the false signal in 2022.
To validate this regime shift, Bitcoin will need to recapture its 365-day average price around $83,000. If it does not reach this level, the early bull signal remains conditional.
