Bitcoin's Gains Threatened by Bearish Pressure, Oil Prices Rebound
Bitcoin prices have been experiencing sharp gains in their latest intraday trading, but this upward momentum may be short-lived due to its continued trading below the 50-day exponential moving average (EMA50). This bearish corrective channel's range has limited Bitcoin's previous trading on a short-term basis.
The relative strength indicators (RSI) have reached overbought levels, indicating a possible negative divergence. As a result, there is a threat of a negative rebound that could erase the gains made by Bitcoin.
In contrast, Brent crude oil prices rose during their latest intraday trading, retesting the $86.00 resistance level. However, this upward movement may be short-lived due to its continued trading below EMA50 and severe overbought levels on the RSI.
Crude oil prices have also been rising, taking advantage of positive signals from the RSI after reaching oversold levels. Despite this recovery, the negative pressure from trading below EMA50 remains a concern for a full recovery in the near term.
